Due to the customized nature of web development and consulting services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refund requests, if any, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Any prepaid maintenance fees may be refunded on a prorated basis at our sole discretion if services are terminated before the end of the billing period.
