1. Services

We provide website-related services including WordPress development, Figma to WordPress conversion, website redesign, maintenance, optimization, migration, security, and consulting.

2. Proposals and Scope

All work is performed based on a mutually agreed proposal, scope of work, timeline, and pricing. Any work outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to content, credentials, approvals, and other information necessary to complete the project.

4. Payments

Payment terms are specified in individual proposals or invoices. Work may begin only after receipt of any agreed advance payment.

5. Revisions and Change Requests

Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may be billed separately.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts, and other licensed assets.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, WordPress plugins, Google services, Zoho, and Upwork. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policies of these providers.

8. Maintenance and Support

Ongoing maintenance and support are provided only when explicitly included in a maintenance agreement or support plan.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VirtualMind Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the agreed terms. Clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
